Founded in 2009 by Vinod H. Nayak and N. Shailaja Vinod under the auspices of Benaka Education Society, the school is dedicated to the holistic development of students from Grade I to X. With a commitment to enriching the quality of life, the co-educational, residential, and day school serves more than 1,300 students. The institution sets the highest standards for academic achievement, intellectual growth, ethical awareness, behavior, sportsmanship, and the cultivation of other essential qualities.

In 2015, a new campus building was inaugurated, and further classrooms were added in 2017 to accommodate the growing student body. With the strength of the school continuously increasing, plans for a second campus are underway, although space for expansion is currently limited.

The students of today lays the foundation stone of future society. The society should give students the love and encouragement to them. If there is no proper educational system, any country could not be developed socially, economically, and politically. So education deserves enormous support from both the government and from all walks of life to keep the national educational environment afloat
